MaXXXine Trailer Looks Like Pure 80’s Slasher Goodness

The anticipation has been killing us, but we finally got the first trailer for Ti West’s MaXXXine starring Mia Goth, to complete the trilogy that started with X and Pearl.

Written and directed by West, the film also stars Elizabeth Debicki, Moses Sumney, Michelle Monaghan, Bobby Cannavale, Halsey, Lily Collins, Giancarlo Esposito and Kevin Bacon. In 1980s Hollywood, adult film star and aspiring actress Maxine Minx (Goth) finally gets her big break. However, as a mysterious killer stalks the starlets of Los Angeles, a trail of blood threatens to reveal her sinister past. The trailer alludes to a connection with real-life serial killer Richard Ramirez, known as the Night Stalker.

Now, we just have to wait for the release date, which has not been announced yet.
