Jordan Peele and Marlon Wayans Team for Goat

When two comedy greats get together for a project, you expect it to be a comedy. But not when Jordan Peele and Marlon Wayans team up.

According to a report from Deadline, the two have joined forces on the upcoming film Goat, based on a pitch by Zach Akers and Skip Bronkie. The story centers on a promising young athlete who is invited to train with the team’s retiring star.

Although Peele has cemented himself in the horror genre since his directorial debut, Get Out, Wayans, the Scary Movie franchise star returned to horror in Netflix’s The Curse of Bridge Hollow in 2022.

Peele will produce under his Monkeypaw company along with Universal while Justin Tipping (Kicks) will direct.
