Dawn of the Dead: Original vs Remake | Monday Maniacs

It’s Cyber Monday, so let’s talk about consumerism! Just kidding, we’re gonna debate the merits of George Romero’s classic, genre-defining film, Dawn of the Dead (1978) versus Zach Snyder’s feature directorial debut, Dawn of the Dead (2004). Since the original is the favorite horror film of at least two members of the DCS, this should be a healthy, vibrant discussion. After watching them back-to-back years after their release, will we have different opinions about the movies?
